Diagnosis: Body elongate oval. Pronotum with anterior angles acute, more or less antero–laterally directed, lateral margins strongly arcuate, narrowing to moderately constricted posteriorly. Profemur armed in males, sinuate in females. Prosternum slightly inflated posterior of procoxae, without distinct process.  All tarsi without tomentose pads beneath. Elytra with sulcate striae, strial punctures asperate to muricate. Distribution: Mohave, Coconino, Navajo, Apache, Yavapai, Gila, Maricopa, Pinal, Pima, Santa Cruz, Cochise counties, AZ. Broadly distributed from Texas north to Montana, west to California.
